1. As soon as you place your order with Princense, you will receive a confirmation email (system generated). Be sure to check your spam folder for this email. 
2. Allow some time for your order to be processed. Orders may take 3-8 business days to process. Monday-Friday. Please be sure to allow the time frame for all orders including custom orders. 
3. Tracking numbers are only generated once your shipping label has been printed. Your shipping label may be printed before the 3-8 business day processing time. However, this does not mean that it has been shipped.  

 Processing times and Shipping times are not the same. Processing time is the time Princense sets to prepare and fulfill your order and shipping time is the amount of time in transit once it is with the shipping carrier. We do not have control over the shipping times or rates. These transit times and rates are dictated by UPS and USPS.
